Accidental Vix

As it’s Father’s Day, and like most I believe that my dad is the BEST, here are a few of my fave items that have been inspired by my amazingly patient, generous, caring and intelligent dad, and a few of my fave photos with him (the old faves are still in storage at my parents until we get a bigger flat/house.) My dad means the world to me, he’s been there for me from the start and without his encouragement I wouldn’t be following my dreams – he’s my hero, my biggest inspiration and the person that I aspire to me most like so this is dedicated to him – I love you dad.

Happy Father’s day to my wonderful dad, and all the other great dad’s out there! I never know what to get my dad who has everything he both needs and wants, so I decided to make him something (you don’t have to be a child to do that!!) rather than the usual socks, ties and shirts I normally play safe with.  So I got creative and made him ‘a daughter’s guide to (Microsoft) Word 2007′ after going up to help him the other weekend – it may not be the most useful document for most but if nothing else he can smile at the lovingly drawn doodles before he gives me a call!

On another positive note, my Father’s Day rest card has had triple my ‘usual viewings’ thanks to it being featured in the Folksy top picks so thanks Folksy!  Above are a couple of other Father’s Day cards which are also great as dad birthday cards if you missed out…
